Every year, young princesses and princes arrive at Mrs. Paws’s Haven for Magical Pets to pick a perfect unicorn pet. But this year Princess Ava arrived too late. There are no unicorns left…only Pugicorn! He’s short. He’s hairy. He can’t gallop gracefully or leap over rainbows— instead, he likes digging holes and chasing cats. He’s definitely not what Princess Ava had in mind for a pet.
