Peppa et ses copains se préparent pour une activité de yoga et de pleine conscience! C’est une journée chargée à la garderie de Peppa et George, mais une visite très spéciale les attend durant l’après-midi : Mme Lapin va enseigner aux enfants à se calmer et à se détendre grâce au yoga! Le groupe adore pratiquer les différentes positions… et les parents sont heureux de récupérer leurs enfants calmes!

Peppa and her pals are getting ready to practice yoga and mindfulness! It's a busy day at Peppa and George's playgroup, but they have a very special visitor coming in the afternoon: Mme Lapin is going to teach the kids how to calm down and relax with yoga! The group loves learning all the different positions… and the parents love picking up their calm children!
